7:10 pm Guest Speaker -- Marisela Barbosa, founder of OMS and co-founder of Monarch Engineering. She has over 15 years of experience in business operations and strategic planning. She specializes in improving operations of small and mid-size businesses. She has experience in the for-profit and non-profit sectors. She is a firm believer on planning as the key to success.


  
7:50 pm Guest Speaker -- Indu Jayakumar has been an entrepreneur for the last 10 years & had a 26 year run in Corporate America working for IBM & NASA. Her company, Localbiznetwork specializes in developing websites & internet marketing for entrepreneurs. She has 42 employees across the globe. Her integrity and genuine interest in helping business owners  has made her very successful. Her burning desire is to lobby for the small business owners and get their voices heard in Sacramento and eventually in Washington D.C.

 

 8:30 pm Keynote Speaker- Arlyne Thompson
Arlyne has been an entrepreneur for the past 15 years. Recently featured in 2007 & 2008 Success from Home Magazine, 2008 Women of YTB Book and a recognized top leader in the book Shoot for the Stars. Arlyne is a National Training & Third Level Director with her YTB business. She is a mentor, a coach and an inspiration to thousands.
